Duo Nabbed Breaking Into Parked Cars In Westchester Police nabbed two men allegedly attempting to break into parked vehicles in Westchester. The incident took place last week when officers on the midnight tour in Harrison received a call from a resident on Cooper Place who had been alerted by their Ring camera to suspicious activity in the area, said the Harrison Police. Officers quickly responded to the scene and were able to nab the two men.  Both were arrested and charged with attempted petit larceny and their vehicle was impounded. Police in Ridgefield have released the description of a suspect spotted rummaging through a pair of vehicles overnight.
