Feds: Man Stole, Sold Tires, Rims From Luxury Auto Dealers In Westchester, Fairfield Counties An out-of-state man has indicted by a grand jury on charges that he ran a scheme to steal tires ad rims from new vehicles at luxury car dealerships in Westchester, Fairfield and New Haven counties and elsewhere. Man Sentenced For Distributing Heroin To Area Overdose Victim A drug dealer is behind bars for supplying heroin that led to an overdose in Fairfield County. Waterbury resident Andre Reed, 26, has been sentenced to 18 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for distributing heroin to a female Danbury overdose victim.  The arrest comes as part of a statewide initiative targeting drug dealers who distribute heroin, fentanyl and opioids that cause overdoses.
