Alert Issued For Missing Teenager In Westchester The New Rochelle Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenager who hasn’t been seen since Thursday, Oct. 10. An alert has been issued for Trinity Abraham, 15, who is also known as “Jasmine,” who has been missing for nearly a week. Police described Abraham as a 5-foot-4 African American weighing approximately 148 pounds with brown hair and black hair with brown highlights in her braids.
