Woman Who Drove Drunk In Westchester Had BAC Three Times Legal Limit, Police Say A 35-year-old woman has been charged after police say she drove drunk in Westchester with a BAC three times the legal limit. New York State Police say they stopped a driver for a violation on I-287 in the town of Rye on Wednesday, Sept. 25 around 2:10 a.m. Further investigation revealed that the driver, identified as Jessica LaFrance, 35, of Derry, New Hampshire, was found to be intoxicated, according to police.
