Wanted Northern Westchester Man Arrested For Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation In Putnam A 29-year-old man is facing charges after allegedly driving without a license, according to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office. Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley says that a deputy observed a driver commit a traffic violation on Oscawana Lake Road in the Town of Putnam Valley on Thursday, April 4 around 12 p.m. The deputy initiated a traffic stop and discovered that the driver, identified as Peekskill resident Matthew Perez, allegedly had a suspended New York State Driver’s license. Yorktown Woman Charged With DWI Following Single-Vehicle Crash In Putnam A 26-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly driving while drunk following a single-vehicle crash. Jacqueline Driscoll, of Yorktown, was arrested around 4:25 p.m., on April 30, after Putnam County Sheriff's Deputy Shawn Iarussi responded to a report of a car crash in the Town of Putnam Valley, the Sheriff's Office said. Once on the scene,  Iarussi observed a gray Honda, off the road, with damage to two tires and the entire undercarriage, police said.
