Update: Drunk Man Apprehended While Trying To Break Into Into Carmel Home, Police Say This story has been updated.  A 38-year-old man was apprehended after allegedly trying to break into a home in a residential neighborhood in the Hudson Valley, police said.  The incident happened in Putnam County on Thursday, July 11 around 2:20 p.m., when a domestic disturbance was reported at a home on Orchard Road in the Lake Secor neighborhood of Carmel, according to Carmel Police Lt. Video: Security Camera Captures Man Trying To Get Into Cars In Westchester Police investigators in Westchester are attempting to locate a suspect who was caught on home surveillance video attempting to break into cars overnight. The Yonkers Police Department released a surveillance video from a home in Crestwood that showed an African American suspect who walked up to a parked car, pulled its handle, found that it was locked before taking off while looking around.
