Local residents charged include:  Westchester County On Saturday, Nov. 9, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Otis L. Martin, 36, of Croton-on-Hudson, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 9 in the village of Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Woman Charged With Felony DWI In Area Had Two Prior Convictions, Police Say A woman with two prior convictions has been charged with felony DWI, police say. New York State Police say Michelle Eastridge, 38, of Dover was stopped for a violation while driving on Route 82 in the town of Union Vale on Wednesday, June 19. Further investigation revealed that Eastridge was under the influence and had been driving with a suspended license, according to police.
