The New York State Department of Transportation issued an alert advising that Route 6/202 (Bear Mountain Bridge Road) will be closed in each direction from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning on Monday, April 5 in Cortlandt. Roadwork Alert: Route 6/202 Weekday Closures Starts In Northern Westchester A stretch of Route 6/Route 202 will be closed for several days in Westchester as crews continue maintenance work in the area. The New York State Department of Transportation issued an alert warning that from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning on Tuesday, Aug. 28, the roadway will be closed between Route 9D at the Bear Mountain Bridge and Route 9 (Annsville Circle) in Cortlandt.  The closures are expected to last through Thursday, Aug. 30.
