Double-Lane Closure Scheduled On Busy Route 9 Stretch There will be double-lane closures on a busy roadway in the area for several hours this week. The New York State Department of Transportation issued alert warning motorists that a double-lane closure has been scheduled in the Town of Poughkeepsie on Route 9 southbound lanes at Route 113 (Spackenkill Road), on Thursday, Jan. 30, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., while crews perform maintenance activities.
