Man Found Dead In Area Residence Police are investigating after finding a person dead in his area apartment. The unidentified man was discovered around 4 p.m. on Sunday, Aug.15  in Nyack, said Captain Michael F. Shannon of the Orangetown Police. Man Injured In Deck Collapse At Hudson Valley Home, Police Say One person has been injured after a second-story deck collapsed in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place around 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 14 in Rockland County at a residential home in the Hillcrest area of the Town of Ramapo.   One 58-year-old victim was transported to the hospital by Spring Hill Community Ambulance Corps & Rockland Paramedic Services, Ramapo Police said. Photos: Vehicle Overturns After Crashing Into House In Rockland A speeding driver lost control of his Jeep, rolled over, and crashed into a Rockland County home. First responders were dispatched to Spook Rock Road in Montebello at approximately noon on Wednesday, Aug. 12, after a car came to a crashing halt into an area home. Police said that the driver, who was the only person in the car, did not sustain any injuries, though the house suffered damage as a result of the crash. Crews from the Tallman Volunteer Fire Department, Rockland Paramedic Services, and Ramapo Valley Ambulance Corps also responded to the scene to assist police following the crash.
