Westchester Woman Accused Of Hiding Mother's Death, Stealing $60K Pension A Westchester woman has been busted for allegedly concealing her mother’s death in an effort to collect tens of thousands of dollars from her pension. Mount Vernon resident Rochelle Rose, 40, was arrested this week for allegedly collecting $60,285 in pension payments from her dead mother.
