Man Charged With Possessing Child Porn In Area A man from Beekman has been charged with possession of child pornography following a police investigation. The Troop K Computer Crimes Unit and SP Poughkeepsie Bureau of Criminal Investigation carried out a joint investigation on Eric J. Buckley, 52, of Beekman. The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant on Tuesday, May 14. Police say Buckley was arrested upon initial analysis of the evidence on Thursday, May 16. Man, Woman Charged In Connection With Home Burglary A man and woman have been arrested and charged in connection with a home burglary in the area. Troopers responded to Bower Road in the town of Pleasant Valley for a report of a burglary on Tuesday, Jan. 29.  An investigation found 21-year-old Christian Rivera of Wappinger illegally entered a residence and stole multiple items including an LG television, Xbox console, Amazon Fire tablet, a watch, and a gold necklace, state police said.
