Police Issue Alert For Registered Sex Offender Wanted For Assault Charge In Westchester Police are seeking the public’s assistance last hey attempt to track down a registered sex offender wanted for an assault charge in Westchester. The Yonkers Police Department issued an alert on Wednesday, July 3, for Perry Foy, who is wanted by the Warrant Squad after being arrested and charged with third-degree assault and failing to appear in court.
