$10.9 Million Project To Replace Route 6 Bridge Starts Work has begun on a near $11 million Route 6 bridge replacement project. New York State Department of Transportation Commissioner Marie Therese Dominguez announced that construction has begun on a $10.9 million project in Putnam County to replace the bridge over the Metro-North Railroad’s Harlem Line in Brewster and Southeast.
