Alert Issued For Missing Girl, 14, In Westchester Police are searching for a 14-year-old girl who was last seen in Westchester several days ago. Jocelyn Otero, age 14, was last seen in Yonkers in the area of Mt. Carmel Place on Friday, Feb. 28, the Yonkers Police Department announced on Thursday, March 6.  Otero is described as a Black girl who is 5-foot-4 and 209 pounds. 52-Year-Old Man Missing In Westchester: Police Authorities in Westchester are searching for a 52-year-old man who has been missing for almost two weeks. David Morales was last seen in the area of Willow Street in Yonkers on Saturday, Nov. 23, Yonkers Police announced on Thursday, Dec. 5.  Morales is described as a Hispanic man who is 5-foot-7 and 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing dark brown pants and a black jacket.  He may be in need of medical attention, police said.
