Kent Supervisor Maureen Fleming Enters Putnam County Executive Race Kent Supervisor Maureen Fleming, a Democrat, is challenging Republican incumbent MaryEllen Odell in this year's race for Putnam County Executive. In a news release from the Putnam Democratic Committee, Fleming said she has the support of county residents from every political stripe, while calling herself a fiscal conservative and strong collaborative leader.
