Motorist Who Hit I-684 Guardrail Multiple Times Convicted Of Aggravated DWI A motorist who hit a guardrail on I-684 multiple times with a child in the car was convicted in a jury trial of aggravated driving while intoxicated, a Class E felony, on Thursday, Aug. 23. Clayton Edmonds, who seven prior convictions, was driving from the Saw Mill Parkway onto I-684 on Nov. 22, 2017, when three calls for erratic driving were made to Westchester 911, Putnam County District Attorney Robert Tendy said.
