Road Closure Alert Issued For Northern Westchester Street A busy Northern Westchester roadway will be closed for several days this week as crews continue work in the area. The Yorktown Police Department issued an alert warning that beginning on Wednesday, Quinlan Street will be closed immediately south of Manchester Road. The closures are expected to begin at 7 a.m. and last through approximately 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15.
