New Rochelle resident Paul Pisani, age 58, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 21 following an investigation conducted by New Rochelle Police, the Westchester County Police Conditions Unit, and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force, according to New Rochelle Police Captain J. Man Nabbed For Firing Gunshot During Fight In Peekskill: Police A man has been charged in connection with a shooting incident that happened in broad daylight on a Northern Westchester street, police said.  The man's arrest resulted from an incident on Tuesday, Aug. 15 around 3:15 p.m., when Peekskill Police officers responded to the 500 block of Nelson Avenue, where gunshots were reported, according to Lt. Duo Charged With Driving Stolen Car, Illegally Possessing Gun In Westchester County: Police Two women are charged with driving a stolen vehicle and illegally possessing a gun in Westchester County, police said.  On Saturday, Dec. 3, around 2 p.m., police in New Rochelle were told that a stolen vehicle had entered the city in the area of Main Street (Route 1) and Interstate 95.
