Pair Charged With DWI In I-84 Stops A pair of area residents were among four taken off the road by New York State troopers overnight for alleged impaired driving. Local residents charged include:  On Thursday, Jan. 31, State Police troopers from Montgomery arrested Larenzo Jackson, 22 of New Windsor, for DWI.
