Con Edison Projects How Much Heating Bills Will Increase This Winter Con Edison has shared how much the average customer's heating bill is expected to increase this winter.  The average residential gas-heating bill is projected to be about $341 per month between November and March, according to an announcement from the company on Monday, Nov. 1.
