Forcible Touching Incident Involving Multiple Students Reported At Area College A student at a Hudson Valley college has reported that she was inappropriately and unwillingly touched by a group of male classmates without her consent. Students at the Dutchess County Community College received an email this week regarding an incident of forcible touching in a classroom on campus.
