Westchester Contractor Gets Locked In School Bus Garage A contractor found himself in a precarious position this week when he accidentally got locked at a job site in North Castle. Putnam County law enforcement officials transferred a call to the North Castle Police Department shortly before 5 p.m. on Tuesday, when a contractor from Delco Electric reported that he was at the Byram Hills Bus Garage in Armonk, locked in the gated area.
