DWI Motorist Found Slumped Over Wheel At Route 22 Gas Station, Sheriff Says A man found slumped over the front seat of his car at a Southeast gas station is facing a misdemeanor charge after being found with a blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit. Putnam County Sheriff Robert Langley, Jr. announced this week that Mahopac resident Dante Frazer, 24, is facing DWI charges after he was found shortly before 6 a.m. on Saturday, May 19, passed out in the front seat of his car at the Mobil station on Route 22.
