Police are on the scene of a crash involving a tractor-trailer and train in Pawling, according to the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office. The incident took place around 1:14 p.m. Monday, March 25, at Corbin Road and Libby Lane in Pawlings, said Sheriff's Office Capt. John Watterson.
