Westchester Woman Faces Drug Charge After Car Crashes Into River A 41-year-old Westchester woman is facing a drug charge following a crash on the Bronx River Parkway that sent a car crashing into the Bronx River. Members of the Yonkers Fire Department were dispatched at approximately 6:15 p.m. on Monday afternoon to the Bronx River Parkway northbound lanes, near the Sprain Brook Parkway split, when a car went off the road and landed in the river, prompting an emergency rescue.
