Living up to her promises of transparency, New York Attorney General Letitia James began releasing transcripts and exhibits from her office’s independent investigation of former Gov. Andrew Cuomo. Embattled former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is expected to be arrested and charged with a misdemeanor for allegedly groping a former aide, according to multiple reports.
