Westchester Man Admits To Luring Teen To His Home Through Dog-Walking App
A man has admitted to luring a teenager to his home through a dog-walking app and attempting to sexually assault her in Westchester. Mount Vernon resident Charles Johnson pleaded guilty to attempted sex abuse on Thursday, Jan. 17, after he lured a teenager to his home through the app on the pretense of looking for a sitter for his dog. On May 3 last year, using the alias “Chuck J.,” Johnson made contact with his victim using rover.com, a pet-care hiring application.
