Video: Man Arrested for Beating Puppy In Northern Westchester
A Westchester man is in police custody after being caught on video kicking a 7-month-old puppy and allegedly holding him down and punching him in the head. The SPCA of Westchester announced that Ossining resident Adam Jeffers has been arrested after witnesses reported that the puppy - now named Ocho - had been held down and badly punched in the head, as well as kicked, by Jeffers.
