North Salem's Old Salem Farm Completes Purchase Of New Property

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. - Old Salem Farm in North Salem has completed a purchase that will expand the equestrian facility from 120 acres to 406 acres, according to LoHud.com.

Old Salem finalized the purchase of Grand Central Farm from former North Salem Supervisor Paul Greenwood for $14.9 million on Nov. 8. The property originally went on the market for $29 million, LoHud.com reported. With the purchase, Old Salem Farm will prevent the 286-acre facility from being subdivided and developed, LoHud.com said.

Grand Central Farm was listed and Sold by Vincent & Whittemore Real Estate Ghylaine Manning and Declan Orpen were the listing agents, Kathy Needell was the the Selling Agent.
