PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Danbury, Conn., woman was charged with driving while intoxicated after a one-car accident on I-84 near Southeast, N.Y., on Saturday, Dec. 21, New York State Police said.
New York State Troopers found Diana Nunez, 26, to be intoxicated after the crash, police said.
Nunez provided a positive breath sample, which yielded a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent. She is due to appear in Southeast Court on Tuesday, Jan. 14, according to New York State Police.
