Three Charged In Croton Falls Train Station Robbery

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. -- New York State Police say they've arrested three men in connection with an alleged robbery at the Croton Falls Train Station.

The men, Michael Owoo, 21, of North Salem, Sean M. McCoyd, 22, of Garden City, and Ronnie E. Foskey, 21, of Roslyn, have all been charged with 2nd Degree Robbery, a Class C Felony, according to police.

In the alleged Wednesday, Oct. 7 incident, at approximately 7:50 p.m. troopers were dispatched to investigate a reported robbery that occurred at the Croton Falls Train Station, according to police.

Police say an investigation revealed that Owoo with the assistance of Foskey allegedly forcibly stole property from the victim before fleeing the scene in a vehicle that was allegedly operated by McCoyd.

According to police, the victim, who allegedly knows Owoo, followed the vehicle and contacted 911 for assistance. Police say officers allegedly observed the vehicle on Bogtown Road and stopped it. According to police, Foskey and McCoyd were taken into custody. Police say Owoo allegedly fled from the vehicle prior to the stop and was later taken into custody by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

Owoo, Foskey and McCoyd were arraigned in North Salem Court. Owoo was remanded to Westchester County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail. Foskey was remanded to the Westchester County Jail on $2,000 bail. McCoyd was released after posting $500 bail.
