Police: Hit And Run In Croton Falls

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. - About 8:30 a.m. Thursday, a woman stopped for the stop sign on Route 202 at the intersection of Route 22 in Croton Falls. Just after she stopped, the white Ford pick-up truck driving behind rear-ended her car, police said.

The pick-up’s driver, described as a man in his 30s, got out, examined the damage, got back into the pick-up and drove away, police said. The woman made a note of the pick-up’s license number. Officer Michael Castellano notified dispatch and canvassed the area for the pick-up truck but the search was negative.
