Police Activity At Purdys Station Results In Metro-North Harlem Line Delays

PURDYS, N.Y. -- Metro-North is experiencing Harlem Line delays as a result of police activity in the area of the Purdys station in Northern Westchester, Metro-North announced Friday afternoon at 4:43 p.m.

It is the second incident on Metro-North tracks during the day Friday in Westchester. An unidentified deceased man was spotted on the tracks near the Metro-North station in Rye by a southbound train headed from Connecticut at approximately 7:30 a.m. An investigation of that incident is ongoing.
