Old Salem Horse Show Tops The News This Week

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. – Competitors at North Salem’s Old Salem Farm were in the final laps of the Spring Horse Show, with Todd Minikus winning the $50,000 Old Salem Farm Grand Prix on May 12 and Christine McCrea winning the $25,000 New York Welcome Stake.

  • Republican Andrea Rendo of South Salem announced her candidacy in the November election for District 2 Legislator, challenging incumbent Democrat Peter Harckham of North Salem.
