Missing-Pet Group Returns Rosie To North Salem Home

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. -- A dog who was missing from its North Salem home was reunited after 12 days by Buddha Dog Rescue & Recovery.

The organization sighted Rosie on camera within a day of her family contacting it for help.

Rosie had gone missing from Mountain Lakes Park.

The organization suspects the large dog endured "extreme heat, storms and wildlife" while lost, said the notice.
