DWI Arrests on Interstate 684

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. - At about noon on Saturday, New York State Police in Somers arrested Katonah resident Marco S. Ganley, 47, for driving while intoxicated. Ganley was stopped on Interstate 684 in North Salem for a vehicle and traffic violation. Subsequent investigation revealed he had a BAC of 0.13%. Further investigation showed Ganley had two previous convictions for DWI within the past 10 years. He was arraigned at the North Salem Town Court and remanded to Westchester County Jail. He was due to appear in court again on Monday.

Earlier on December 17, at approximately 3:15 a.m., State Police from Somers arrested North Salem resident Danielle Campisi, 36, on Interstate 684 in the Town of Bedford. Campisi was stopped for speeding. Subsequent investigation revealed she was intoxicated. Police report that she refused the chemical test. Campisi was issued uniform traffic tickets and is due in Bedford Town Court on December 29 at 7 p.m.
