NORTH SALEM, N.Y. A small dog was found roaming near the intersection of Route 121 and Dingle Ridge Road by an early morning riser on Saturday.
The dog is long-haired, like a shih tzu or Lhasa apso, light beige in color, and apparently quite old. She was in very poor condition when found, and might have wandered away from home some time ago. She is described as a sweet dog who needs a loving home where she can live out her remaining days.
