- Outhouse Orchards, Croton Falls: Family-owned Outhouse Orchards has Rome Baldwin and Red Delicious varieties as well as a corn maze and hayrides. Go: 139 Hardscrabble Rd., 914- 277-3188.
- Stuart's Fruit Farm, Granite Springs: Empire, Red Delicious, Pink Lady are more are yours to grab and bag at family-owned Stuart's where picking lasts from now through November. Go: 62 Granite Springs Rd., 914-245-2784.
- Wilkens Fruit and Fir Farm, Yorktown Heights: Apple picking is in full season here where riding the hay wagon to this week’s picking orchard (the location of which changes weekly as different varieties ripen) is part of the fun. There's also a winery. Go: 1313 White Hill Rd., 914- 245-5111.
