The strawberry festival, sponsored by the North Salem Historical Society, will feature Jack DeStories from Fairfield Auction, who will be appraising antiques. The festival will be held on Sunday, July 16 at 81 Keeler Lane from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
DeStories will be valuing fine art, jewelry, old watches, silver, bronzes, Asian Art, books, maps, autographs, Native American, folk art, clocks, lamps, and furniture. A maximum of three items per person is allowed.
The festival will feature games and activities for kids, along with the Croton Falls Fire Department and large machinery demonstrations. Martin Aronchick and Maggie Seligman will be performing at the festival, along with, of course, strawberry shortcake.
