A Hudson Valley teen was charged with assault after allegedly beating up his girlfriend on more than one occasion, injuring her with his fists and choking her. Police in the Hudson Valley are investigating a shooting that left a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg that required a tourniquet for bleeding.
