Factory Explosions Close Temple Hill Road Until Tuesday Morning

NEW WINDSOR, N.Y. – Temple Hill Road (Route 300) will remain closed between Union Ave and New Windsor Highway until 6 a.m. on Tuesday. 

The closure is the result of an explosion and fire at the Verla International cosmetics factory that injured dozens. 

Motorists will need to seek alternate routes until Route 300 is reopened.
