Hearing Scheduled For Proposed I-684 Toll Along Mile-Long Stretch That Runs Through Greenwich A hearing has been scheduled as lawmakers in Connecticut get ready for a vote on proposed tolls on state highways, including a gantry on a mile-long stretch of I-684 that runs through Greenwich. A vote following the hearing could come as soon as next week. Connecticut Gov. Man Airlifted To Westchester Medical Center After I-84 Crash A 62-year-old man is in serious condition following a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 84. The crash took place around noon., Sunday, June 23, after Michael Gasper, of Windsor, Connecticut, lost control of his 2004 Harley Davidson motorcycle while traveling westbound in East Fishkill and was ejected onto the roadway, said New York State Trooper AJ Hicks.  Gasper, who suffered serious, but not life-threatening injuries, was airlifted to Westchester Medical Center following the crash, Hicks said.
