New York State Police troopers in Dutchess County launched an investigation into a fatal crash that was reported at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 30 on State Route 22 in Dover. Several Roads Closed Following Crash Between Car, Dump Truck In Area Several roads in Rockland County are closed to traffic following a two-vehicle crash. West Nyack, Old Mill Road, and Snake Hill Road in West Nyack are closed due to the crash which involved a car and a dump truck.   The crash took place around 2:45 p.m., Monday, May 3, said Officer Norman Peters of the Clarkstown Police. Man Charged With DWI After Allegedly Leaving Scene Of Crash In Area A 61-year-old man was arrested for alleged DWI after leaving the scene of a traffic crash, according to authorities. Ulster County resident Arthur W. Caston, of East Kingston, was arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 11, after the Ulster County Sheriff's Office, responded to a two-vehicle crash on Frank Sottile Boulevard, said Lt. Abram Markiewicz.
