Hudson Valley Domestic Violence Suspect Nabbed In NYC A Hudson Valley man wanted for attempted robbery in connection with a domestic violence case was arrested in New York City on a warrant. Dutchess County resident Ruben Al Stella, age 27, of Millbrook, was arrested by the state police with assistance from the NYPD on Thursday, Feb. 25, after refusing to turn himself in, said Trooper AJ Hicks. Area Man Commits Criminal Sex Act At Work, Police Say A 59-year-old is behind bars after state police from the Poughkeepsie barracks say he committed a criminal sexual act with a non-consenting victim at work. Troopers responded to Old Route 82 in the town of Washington for a report of sexual assault at the Green Briar Adult Home on Monday, March 12. Following an investigation, a man who worked at the facility, Curtis J. Shultz of Millbrook, was arrested on Wednesday, March 21 and charged with criminal sexual act in the first degree, a Class B felony.
