Naked Man Punching Cars, Fighting Cops, Taken Down By K-9 In Newburgh A 27-year-old man who was allegedly walking naked in a neighborhood punching parked vehicles was arrested after fighting with police. The incident took place on Saturday, April 25 when the City of Newburgh Police Department received a phone call from a concerned resident who reported that a man was naked and walking in the area of 124 Broadway, said Newburgh Police Det.
