The project, part of a broader $19 million improvement, will begin on Tuesday, Nov. 27 on the thruway (I-87) in Rockland County on State Route 202. The bridge rehabilitation is just one component of the improvement project, which runs between exit 15 and exit 14a and started in 2017. New Windsor Man Charged With DWI By State Police With law enforcement agencies in the Hudson Valley continuing their crackdown on drunk, drugged and distracted driving, several local residents were among two dozen motorists who found themselves charged with DWI offenses in the area this past week. Local residents charged were: Westchester County On Friday, Sept. 7, State Police from Brewster arrested Michele Drella, 53, of Mount Kisco, for DWI.
