Yonkers Police Department Sgt. Frank Gualdino, a resident of Putnam County who lived in Mahopac, age 53, was due to retire in nine months. He leaves behind a wife and two children, ages 14 and 20. Newburgh Man Charged With DWI In State Police Stop New York State Police troopers in the Hudson Valley were busy over the weekend, busting 17 allegedly impaired drivers for DWI. Local residents charged include: Westchester County On Sunday, May 12, State Police troopers from Cortlandt arrested Manuel A. Valle, 50, of Peekskill, for Aggravated DWI.
