'Erratic' Driver Busted In Area Was 3 Times Legal Limit, Police Say A drunk driver who was busted in the region had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit to operate a vehicle, authorities said. In Ulster County, Saugerties Police were called just before 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, with reports of an erratic driver on Route 212 near Route 32. Officers located the vehicle a short time later in the parking lot of a Speedway gas station, Saugerties police said. Ulster County resident Jose Ienuso, age 31, of Kingston, was arrested Thursday, Aug. 18, following an investigation by Saugerties Police. Investigators were contacted several hours earlier by a manager at Speedway, located on Route 212 in Saugerties, who claimed that $600 was missing from a money bag that had been removed from a store safe. Greene County resident James S. Hartley Jr., of the Town of Ashland, was arrested around 10:24 p.m., on Thursday, Feb. 25, in Saugerties, after police responded to the area of Kings High Way for a civilian complaint, said Chief Joseph Sinagra.
