Teen Charged With Murder For Fatal Daytime Shooting In Hudson Valley A 16-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection to the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old in broad daylight in Westchester on Tuesday. Yonkers Police Det. Sgt. Dean Politopoulos announced on Wednesday, Jan. 30, that they have apprehended Yonkers Gavin Chisolm, 16, for this alleged role in the fatal incident.
